COVID-19 Updates & Information

We are all aware that many restrictions are being lifted as part of the Government’s roadmap. However, we have taken the decision that for the time being we will still operate with some of these restrictions in place as a precaution. These are:

• Group classes – 1 person per dog permitted during the training session (not restricted to the same person).
• Face coverings will still be required for all courses or services including the shop.

Whilst for many small businesses it is welcome news that restrictions are lifting, at WitsEnd we have to be realistic with what happens if a case is tracked/traced in our premises – if we have to isolate, no classes or appointments can take place for anyone, causing another backlog of classes and further delays in appointments. So whilst we can’t eliminate the chance of this happening we can try and minimise it.

We will continue to monitor things and work with Leicester City Council on Covid-19 advice and safety.
